Hello!

Welcome to CoreSync Pilates

It's finally here. We brought Pilates closer to home—beautiful space, small classes, and instructors who actually know your name. Whether you’re brand new or deep in your practice, this is where your routine begins. OPENING AUGUST 3rd, 2026.

Movement That Supports Healing

Pilates can be a supportive way to reconnect with your body—especially if you’re returning from injury, managing discomfort, or simply feeling out of sync. Through slow, controlled movement and a focus on alignment, it helps build strength, stability, and awareness in a way that complements your everyday movement. Pilates can be a thoughtful next step—or addition—on your path to feeling better.

Calling All Newbies!

An intro class is the perfect way to build confidence and feel at ease with the practice. You’ll learn how to properly engage your pelvic floor, master key breathing techniques, and try out foundational exercises. Plus, our intro session will get you familiar with the terminology commonly used in class and cover important safety tips for using the reformer. By the end, you'll feel confident, informed, and ready to jump into your Pilates journey.

Welcome to CoreSync! I can't wait to help you achieve your fitness goals.

My approach combines expertise with a personalized touch, so you feel supported and encouraged on your journey toward better health and well-being.

With a bachelor's degree in clinical physiology, I bring a deep understanding of the human body and its mechanics to my teaching. I refined my skills while instructing at Club Pilates studios in Mill Creek, Woodinville, and Bothell, working with clients of varying experience and needs. Supported by a 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification,  I provide thoughtful, individualized guidance no matter where you are in your practice.

So, see you at the studio! I look forward to being a part of your Pilates adventure.
