What You Need To Know

Please email info@coresyncpilates.com for additional information.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and hygiene. We recommend bringing a water bottle, and arriving a few minutes early if it’s your first visit so we can get you familiar with the equipment and studio.

A Pilates reformer is a specialized piece of equipment designed to support and challenge the body through controlled, low-impact movement. Using springs, straps, and a sliding carriage, the reformer helps improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and core stability. It can be adjusted for all fitness levels, making it a great option for beginners, athletes, and anyone looking to move with more strength and ease.

Pilates can help improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and body awareness, which may help reduce everyday aches and discomfort. Many people find Pilates beneficial for supporting recovery from certain injuries or managing chronic pain, especially back, neck, and joint issues. We always recommend consulting with your doctor or physical therapist before starting a new exercise program, and letting your instructor know about any injuries or limitations so we can help modify exercises as needed.

Yes — reservations are required for all classes. Because class sizes are small and equipment is limited, we are unable to accommodate walk-ins at this time. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

To keep scheduling, waivers, and client accounts consistent, classes and memberships are currently non-transferable. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming your friends through their own booking. Want to share the experience? You can easily purchase as a gift for them instead!

Yes — Pilates can be a wonderful way to stay strong and active during pregnancy. Prenatal Pilates may help improve posture, core support, balance, breathing, and overall body awareness as your body changes. We recommend checking with your doctor before beginning or continuing any exercise program during pregnancy, and letting your instructor know you are pregnant so exercises can be safely modified for each stage.
