CoreSync Pilates Terms of Use

CoreSync Pilates ("we," "us," or "our") owns and operates coresyncpilates.com and other sites linking to these Terms of Use (individually, the "Site", and collectively, the "Sites"). Through the Sites, CoreSync Pilates provides various offerings, information, and resources related to the products and services available on our Sites (each a "Service" and collectively, the "Services"). References to the Sites include the Services.
CoreSync Pilates may change, suspend, modify, or discontinue all or any part of the Sites in its sole discretion with or without notice. CoreSync Pilates is not liable if all or any part of a Site is, for any reason, unavailable at any time or for any period. CoreSync Pilates reserves the right to block or deny access to any of the Sites to anyone at any time for any reason. CoreSync Pilates is not obligated to correct or update any information or content on the Sites.

These terms of use (together with any additional terms, as described below) ("Terms of Use") are an agreement between CoreSync Pilates and the individuals that use the Sites ("users," "you," or "your"). The Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Sites. Subject to your full and ongoing compliance with these Terms of Use, CoreSync Pilates hereby grants you a limited and revocable right to access and use the Sites, solely for their intended purposes. To use the Platforms, you must adhere to any additional terms and conditions specific to each Platform, as identified below and/or presented to you at the time you use the Platforms. Certain offerings on the Sites may be free of charge or offered for a fee, and we reserve the right to change what Services are offered free of charge or for a fee, and the fees charged for any given Service.

Additional studio policies, including cancellation policies, package rules, and booking requirements, may be posted throughout the website or presented at the time of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms.
CoreSync Pilates reserves the right to modify pricing, schedules, instructors, class formats, and package offerings at any time without notice.
CoreSync Pilates is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Eligibility
CoreSync Pilates does not permit participation by anyone under the age of 14. By accessing or using the Sites or Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 14 years old.
Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreSync Pilates, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to:
- Participation in classes or sessions
- Use of studio equipment
- Reliance on information provided through the Sites or Services
- Access to or use of the Sites
Participation in certain Services may require completion of a separate waiver or release form.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, branding, videos, images, downloads, and class materials, is the property of CoreSync Pilates or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from CoreSync Pilates.
